UN Environment Programme (UNEP)
I am currently working for the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) as a Social Media Specialist in Nairobi, Kenya. I have helped develop best practices for managing and creating social media content to raise awareness of the UN’s global efforts to protect the planet.

UN-Habitat
This campaign was created for UN-Habitat’s Urban Resilience Hub to explain to a general audience the concept of Technical Assistance in development. It was published on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram. Each graphic was a separate post with text that followed a chronological daily campaign. Each post discussed a different aspect of technical assistance.

The next social media campaign was created to explain UN-Habitat’s City Resilience Profiling Tool (CRPT) and its implementation process. The target audience for this campaign was focused on local city governments to understand how the program would be implemented if they chose to join the program.

Red Cross
This campaign is an ongoing project with the Centre Cooperation in the Mediterranean - Cruz Roja focused on raising awareness of human trafficking. The graphics will be posted daily on social media channels by all the Mediterranean country offices for the Red Cross and Red Crescent. The following graphic is one example of the type of post that will be shared. Each country will translate the graphic text into their language, and we will send them the same graphic with this text.
